Office for Policy Studies on Violence Against Women hosted a first-of-its-kind research poster session for UK graduate students at the 20th Annual Ending Violence Against Women Conference.

On November 29, 2018 the Office for Policy Studies on Violence Against Women hosted a first-of-its-kind research poster session for UK graduate students at the 20th Annual Ending Violence Against Women Conference.  The conference was attended by over 500 advocates and other professionals in the field from around Kentucky and the nation, and the research poster session was a unique opportunity for graduate students to share their young scholarship with those practitioners.

 

The four-hour pilot research poster session involved six UK doctoral students and their five faculty advisors (see photo below).  The studies presented during the poster session are listed below the photograph of the students.
